Shipping

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email and will also receive an email notification when it ships.  This notification will usually include a tracking number for your order.

Products generally ship within a few days depending on when you place your order.  

Shipping is generally via USPS Priority or USPS 1st Class with delivery confirmation. 

 

Returns

Generally, returns are not accepted on used calls.  However, if an item you recently purchased is damaged or defective please contact us directly and we will work out a refund or possible exchange.
